Meditation Journal Day #218

I noticed that I can capture my thoughts during this morning’s meditation.

I was aware when new thought came, and I was aware when it went away. I clearly knew what those thoughts were, but I could kinda not being dragged or involved with them. However I can’t say that I can be totally separate from them, at this stage.

While in the past few months, I could only realize that I had a thought during when I was being dragged into it and was drifting away for who-knows how long.

At the end of this morning’s meditation session, I noticed that my eyes were so moist, covering by tears. But tears were not dripping down like if I was in some emotion. I reflect that in the whole meditation process, I had no emotion of any kind. But the tears naturally came.

Another change happened in my meditation sessions recently was, I experienced that my whole body became so freshly cool inside, felt like all my blood, tissues and joints were soaking in the mint juice. I felt high and deeply joyful and relaxed like I am in a climax. That fresh cool sensation would last for one or several hours after meditation.
